The Recommended Routine (frequency referred to as the RR) is, unsurpringly, the routine recommended to most beginners on the subreddit r/BodyWeightFitness.

Weekly Schedule

The RR is meant to be completed three times per week with atleast one rest day in between. Some examples are:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Monday, Thursday, and Saturday
  • Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday
